3. Michelle Dockrey and Tony Fabris (aka vixy and tony)'s "Thirteen";
4. Diana Paxson's "Wandersong"; and
5. Mark Bernstein's "Tusks Are Optional."

Each one is $16.00, IIRC (just not 100% sure about "Tusks" right now).
